Hello, I’m Aaron Baker, a recovering quadriplegic and the creator of The Rebellious Recovery Guide - An alternative resource for recovery from a spinal cord injury.
For the past two decades I have discovered many alternative solutions along my healing journey, and have applied them to achieve many worlds first such as: Feeding myself again, walking (slowly), bicycling across the United States (twice!), trekking across Death Valley, climbing skyscraper stairwells, co-founding a rehabilitation gym, and starting a family… All of which my doctors said would be impossible. In fact, I was given a “one-in-a-million” chance of regaining any function below my chin.
What I have learned is that our mind matters— it makes all the difference! That is why I created this training course— To active your imagination and influence your recovery by giving YOU the control over your condition rather than the condition controlling you.
The theory, methods, and techniques herein are a way to engage your body and inspire your process of healing. This course is meant to empower you to see possibility and potential vs. a probability-based prognosis.
We begin with the basics of human anatomy and thoughtfully progress all the way up to complex brain science, music theory, quantum genetics and practical applications for a mindful recovery… What you DO with this information is up to you!
